When a heat pump system is designed well, it provides much higher efficiency heating than gas-powered central heating and costs less to run despite the UK’s sizeable spark gap.

This may require larger radiators, but not as large as you might think. Many heat loss calculations are overestimated. Using industry-leading software from h2x, we’ll accurately assess your home’s heat loss to ensure your radiators are perfectly sized.

We’ve committed to decarbonise the heat in all our UK buildings by the end of 2025. In Summer 2024, we partnered with Heat Geek Elite installers West Hampstead Heating to fit our first heat pump – a Nibe F2050 – in our Fulham Road showroom in London.
