Salary: £19,500 pa
We’re seeking a professional, diligent and enthusiastic person to work in our dispatches department . The role includes speaking with customers to arrange delivery, packaging goods for customer orders, working with the production team to coordinate goods out, updating records and liaising with our delivery partners. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment as part of a small, friendly and hardworking team.
This is a full-time role based at our HQ in Stockport. The contract duration is 18 months.

Location: New York Design Center
Salary: Competitive plus incentives
As well as visiting customers’ homes to provide design and technical advice, responsibilities include greeting visitors in the showroom and responding to phone and email enquiries; managing quotes and orders, often for extensive renovations in prestigious buildings; and developing key client accounts with architects and interior designers.
Full training will be provided. This is a retail role and may involve working some weekends. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.

Seeking a talented, bright engineer for technical visits to clients’ homes as well as product design and engineering. The ideal candidate would be good with CAD, at ease with machining metal components, and would have a firm grasp of the concepts of steam heating. The role will involve making and installing custom parts for clients, creating product drawings, and supporting the sales team with technical queries.
