Delivery Guide | Castrads

We offer two types of delivery. Locally, we can provide two-man delivery. Further afield we offer pallet delivery.

Two-man delivery

This means your radiators will be delivered into the building and upstairs if necessary.

If a parking permit is required, this must be provided by the client.

Access into the building must be via sound flooring and stairs. Delivery personnel are unable to climb ladders or cross unsafe ground onsite and reserve the right to refuse.

Pallet Delivery

This means your delivery will arrive on a truck. If you require a smaller vehicle for access, please advise us.

Pallet deliveries are to the kerb side only. This means that in most cases the pallet will be left on the nearest hard surface of your property to the kerb. It cannot be moved over grass or gravel.

As our radiators are quite heavy, you will need to arrange adequate assistance to carry them into your property. The driver is not insured to assist you.

Important Advice:

• All vehicles should have a tail lift to lower your pallet to the ground. You should never be asked to remove the pallet from the back of the vehicle.

• All packaging should be intact and there should be no damage visible to any items.

• All items listed on the packing list (Placed inside your customer pack) should be in a box/grey bag.

• Deliveries should be on the day we agree with you at time of dispatch. They should not be delivered earlier than agreed.
