Here at Castrads, we like to let our products do the talking.
But if you’ll allow us a brief humblebrag, we recently received our 1,000th review on Trustpilot, giving us an industry-leading review score of 9.6.
That’s 9.6 out of 10.
That score is testament to our fantastic frontline staff and their tremendous customer service. And we wanted to talk a little bit about the importance of customer service to Castrads, and the value we place on customer feedback in helping us continue to deliver excellence.

One of the most important things we do is listen to our customers. But we don’t just pay lip service to this; we really do listen, and respond. Take, for example, our recent range of new finishes. One of those finishes - the Bronze, to be specific - came to be after a customer request.
They had a vision in mind that required a finish we didn’t stock. So we innovated to produce a bold and brilliant bronze that just wouldn’t exist without our active approach to customer service.

We can’t say for certain that our customer service team are always humming the Baywatch theme tune, but we know for sure that they’re always ready, and they won’t let your query out of their sight.
After all, it’s the Castrads way that every piece of communication we receive is dealt with quickly, and that we always do what we say we will. Nothing less will do.
