How long will I have to wait?
Bespoke cast iron radiators currently take approximately 7 days to assemble, test and spray paint. This is all done by hand at our Manchester production facility.
If your cast iron radiator is powder coated it will be assembled, tested and sent to our specialist powder coating partners. This usually takes approximately 14-18 days.
If your cast iron radiator is in full polish it will be assembled, tested and sent to our specialist metal polishing partners. This usually takes 3-4 weeks.
Delivery costs £50 exc VAT for most of mainland UK. That's per order, not per radiator. It's therefore more economical to purchase all your cast iron radiators in one go to save on delivery.

We've tried to make our online radiator builder as simple to use as possible. This does mean that we can't offer the myriad options available when placing an order with a member of our sales team over the phone.

Bespoke radiators are usually ready for delivery 7 calendar days after an order is placed. Whilst we do try our best to stick to this lead time, occasionally radiators may take longer than 7 days to complete. Please do understand that these are not off the shelf products. We put a lot of care and attention into each and every traditional radiator we make, and this does take time.
